Our Story
Our food truck, Jo-Joe's Sloppy Joes, started as a passion project fueled by my love of cooking and sharing that joy with the community. I created this vision as an homage to my older brother Joe, affectionately known as 'Big Joe.' The inspiration for our food truck came from the idea of offering a sloppy joe trailer in his honor, reflecting his passion for bringing together friends and family. Our menu features gourmet sloppy joe sandwiches crafted from fresh, local ingredients, allowing us to serve Jackson County food trucks enthusiasts one messy sandwich at a time.
